ViPrimePLUS Xenohaliotis californiensis qPCR Kit
Introduction
ViPrimePLUS Xenohaliotis californiensis qPCR Kit has designed to have very high homology with all reference data within the NCBI database. The kit has the broadest detection profile and detects all clinically relevant strains. The kit detects the Xenohaliotis californiensis (16S rRNA gene). Due to extreme homology it is possible that the kit may also detect Anaplasma bovis, Anaplasma marginale, Anaplasma phagocytophilum, Anaplasma platys, Candidatus Anaplasma shandongensis, Candidatus Cryptoplasma californiense, Candidatus Ehrlichia dumleri, Ehrlichia equi and Ehrlichia muris.
Sensitivity & specificity
The detection limit is tested to have at least 100 copies per reaction. The primers and probe are 100% specific.
