ViPrimePLUS Vesicular rash Multiplex qPCR Kit
Introduction
The ViPrimePLUS Vesicular rash Multiplex qPCR Kit has designed to have very high homology with all reference data within the NCBI database. The kit has the broadest detection profile and detects all clinically relevant strains. The kit detects target genes for Herpes Simplex Virus 1 (HSV1), Herpes Simplex Virus 2 (HSV2) and Varicella zoster virus (capsid scaffold protein gene, tegument protein gene and ORF62 gene respectively).
Sensitivity & specificity
The detection limit is tested to have at least 100 copies per reaction. The primers and probe are 100% specific.
