ViPrimePLUS Trypanosoma cruzi qPCR Kit
Introduction
ViPrimePLUS Trypanosoma cruzi qPCR Kit has designed to have very high homology with all reference data within the NCBI database. The kit has the broadest detection profile and detects all clinically relevant strains. The kit detects the Trypanosoma species: Trypanosoma cruzi marinkellei, Trypanosoma cruzi strain CL Brener, Trypanosoma cruzi strain Esmeraldo, Trypanosoma cruzi JR cl. 4, Trypanosoma cruzi Tula cl2. Due to extreme homology it may also detect Trypanosoma rangeli and Trypanosoma copemani.
Sensitivity & specificity
The detection limit is tested to have at least 100 copies per reaction. The primers and probe are 100% specific.
