ViPrimePLUS Trichophyton SPP qPCR Kit
Introduction
ViPrimePLUS Trichophyton SPP qPCR Kit has designed to have very high homology with all reference data within the NCBI database. The kit has the broadest detection profile and detects all clinically relevant strains. The kit detects the Trichophyton species: Trichophyton concentricum, Trichophyton equinum, Trichophyton erinacei, Trichophyton interdigitale, Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Trichophyton quinckeanum, Trichophyton rubrum, Trichophyton schoenleinii, Trichophyton soudanense, Trichophyton tonsurans, Trichophyton verrucosum, and Trichophyton violaceum. Due to extreme homology this kit may also detect Ctenomyces bossae.
Sensitivity & specificity
The detection limit is tested to have at least 100 copies per reaction. The primers and probe are 100% specific.
