ViPrimePLUS Rickettsia SPP qPCR Kit
Introduction
ViPrimePLUS Rickettsia SPP qPCR Kit has designed to have very high homology with all reference data within the NCBI database. The kit has the broadest detection profile and detects all clinically relevant strains. The kit detects the Rickettsia species; Rickettsia aeschlimannii, Rickettsia africae, Rickettsia conorii (including subsp. heilongjiangensis, israelensis, and raoultii), Rickettsia helvetica, Rickettsia honei, Rickettsia japonica, Rickettsia massiliae, Rickettsia monacensis, Rickettsia parkeri, Rickettsia rickettsii, Rickettsia sibirica (including subsp. mongolitimonae), Rickettsia sibirica (including subsp. mongolitimonae), Rickettsia slovaca, Rickettsia typhi.
Sensitivity & specificity
The detection limit is tested to have at least 100 copies per reaction. The primers and probe are 100% specific.
