ViPrimePLUS Pseudomonas SPP qPCR Kit
Introduction
ViPrimePLUS Pseudomonas SPP qPCR Kit has designed to have very high homology with all reference data within the NCBI database. The kit has the broadest detection profile and detects all clinically relevant strains. The kit detects the Pseudomonas species; Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Pseudomonas fluorescens, Pseudomonas mendocina, and Pseudomonas putida. However, due to extreme homology,the primers may also detect Stenotrophomonas rhizophila and the following species previously classified as Pseudomonas: Stutzerimonas azotifigens, Stutzerimonas balearica, Stutzerimonas chloritidismutans, Stutzerimonas degradans, Stutzerimonas denitrificans, Stutzerimonas frequens, Stutzerimonas kunmingensis, Stutzerimonas stutzeri, Stutzerimonas xanthomarina and Stutzerimonas zhaodongensis.
Sensitivity & specificity
The detection limit is tested to have at least 100 copies per reaction. The primers and probe are 100% specific.
