ViPrimePLUS Mycobacterium SPP qPCR Kit
Introduction
ViPrimePLUS Mycobacterium SPP qPCR Kit has designed to have very high homology with all reference data within the NCBI database. The kit has the broadest detection profile and detects all clinically relevant strains. The kit detects the Mycobacterium species: Mycobacterium avium (including subsp. avium, hominissuis, and paratuberculosis), Mycobacterium canettii, Mycobacterium intracellulare (including subsp. chimaera, intracellulare, and yongonense), Mycobacterium marinum, Mycobacterium orygis, Mycobacterium tuberculosis (including subsp. africanum, bovis, campare, microti, and tuberculosis), and Mycobacterium ulcerans (including subsp. shinshuense).
Sensitivity & specificity
The detection limit is tested to have at least 100 copies per reaction. The primers and probe are 100% specific.
