ViPrimePLUS Mammalian Babesiosis qPCR Kit
Introduction
ViPrimePLUS Mammalian Babesiosis qPCR Kit has designed to have very high homology with all reference data within the NCBI database. The kit has the broadest detection profile and detects all clinically relevant strains. The kit detects the Babesia species: Babesia sp. Ankara, Babesia bigemina, Babesia caballi, Babesia canis (include strains canis, rossie and vogeli), Babesia capreoli, Babesia crassa, Babesia divergens, Babesia galileei, Babesia gibsoni, Babesia B.hongkongnensis, Babesia kiwiensis, Babesia lohae, Babesia mackerrasorum, Babesia major, Babesia naoakii, Babesie occultans, Babesia odocoilei, Babesia orientalis, Babesia ovata, Babesia ovis, Babesia panickeri and Babesia pisicii. and other species: Anthemosoma garnhami, Theileria brachyuri, Theileria fuliginosus, Theileria lupei, Theileria palmeri and Theileria worthingtonorum.
Sensitivity & specificity
The detection limit is tested to have at least 100 copies per reaction. The primers and probe are 100% specific.
