ViPrimePLUS Lyme Disease qPCR Kit
Introduction
ViPrimePLUS Lyme Disease qPCR Kit has designed to have very high homology with all reference data within the NCBI database. The kit has the broadest detection profile and detects all clinically relevant strains. Lyme disease is caused by Borrelia bactreium. The kit is specific to Borreliella burgdorferi, Borreliella garinii, and Borreliella afzelii. Other causitive agents detected are Borreliella americana, Borreliella andersonii, Borreliella bavariensis, Borreliella bissettiae, Borreliella californiensis, Borreliella carolinensis, Borreliella finlandensis, Borreliella japonica, Borreliella kurtenbachii, Borreliella lanei, Borreliella mayonii, Borreliella tanukii, Borreliella yangtzensis.
Sensitivity & specificity
The detection limit is tested to have at least 100 copies per reaction. The primers and probe are 100% specific.
