The kit detects the following strains: African lampeye iridovirus, Angelfish iridovirus, Banggai cardinalfish iridovirus, Dwarf gourami iridovirus, Giant seaperch iridovirus, Grouper iridovirus, Grouper sleepy disease iridovirus, Hybrid grouper iridovirus, King grouper iridovirus, Korean flounder iridovirus, Large yellow croaker iridovirus, Largemouth bass ulcerative syndrome virus, Olive flounder iridovirus, Orange-spotted grouper iridovirus, Pompano iridovirus , Red seabream iridovirus, Rock bream iridovirus, Sea bass iridovirus, Sea perch iridovirus, Spotted knifejaw iridovirus, Starry flounder iridovirus, Threespine stickleback iridovirus, and Turbot iridovirus.
Sensitivity & specificity
The detection limit is tested to have at least 100 copies per reaction. The primers and probe are 100% specific.
