ViPrimePLUS Helicobacter Pylori qPCR Kit
Introduction
ViPrimePLUS Helicobacter Pylori qPCR Kit has designed to have very high homology with all reference data within the NCBI database. The kit has the broadest detection profile and detects all clinically relevant strains. The primers will detect all Helicobacter pylori strains. However, due to extreme homology it is possible that the kit may also detect Helicobacter acinonychis and Helicobacter felis as they are closely related bacteria. However, in the context of human testing, we would not expect to find these species present in the sample.
Sensitivity & specificity
The detection limit is tested to have at least 100 copies per reaction. The primers and probe are 100% specific.
