ViPrimePLUS Genital Ulcer Multiplex qPCR Kit
Introduction
The ViPrimePLUS Genital Ulcer Multiplex qPCR Kit has designed to have very high homology with all reference data within the NCBI database. The kit has the broadest detection profile and detects all clinically relevant strains. The kit detects target genes for Treponema pallidum (Syphilis) polA gene, Herpes Simplex Virus 1 (HSV1) capsid scaffold protein gene and Herpes Simplex Virus 2 (HSV2) tegument protein gene respectively.
Sensitivity & specificity
The detection limit is tested to have at least 100 copies per reaction. The primers and probe are 100% specific.
