ViPrimePLUS Fusarium Solani Complex qPCR Kit
Introduction
ViPrimePLUS Fusarium Solani Complex qPCR Kit has designed to have very high homology with all reference data within the NCBI database. The kit has the broadest detection profile and detects all clinically relevant strains. The kit detects the Fusarium species: Fusariu falciforme, Fusarium keratoplasticum, Fusarium lichenicola, Fusarium petroliphilum, Fusarium pseudensiforme, and Fusarium solani. However, due to extreme homology, the primers may also detect some other closely related species of Fusarium ensiforme, Fusarium azukiicola and Clonostachys rosea.
Sensitivity & specificity
The detection limit is tested to have at least 100 copies per reaction. The primers and probe are 100% specific.
