ViPrimePLUS Ehrlichia SPP qPCR Kit
Introduction
ViPrimePLUS Ehrlichia SPP qPCR Kit has designed to have very high homology with all reference data within the NCBI database. The kit has the broadest detection profile and detects all clinically relevant strains. The kit detects Ehrlichia SPP: Ehrlichia canis, Ehrlichia chaffeensis, Ehrlichia dumleri, Ehrlichia ewingii, Ehrlichia hainanensis, Ehrlichia japonica, Ehrlichia khabarensis, Ehrlichia maerkangensis, Ehrlichia minasensis, Ehrlichia muris, Ehrlichia ovina, Ehrlichia pampeana, Ehrlichia regneryi, Ehrlichia ruminantium, Ehrlichia shimanensis, Ehrlichia zunyiensis. Due to extreme homology, the kit may also detect some strains of: Allocryptoplasma californiense, Neoehrlichia arcana, Neoehrlichia australis, Neoehrlichia lotoris, Neoehrlichia mikurensis, Neorickettsia findlayensis, Neorickettsia risticii, Neorickettsia sennetsu.
Sensitivity & specificity
The detection limit is tested to have at least 100 copies per reaction. The primers and probe are 100% specific.
