Campylobacter SPP: Campylobacter coli, Campylobacter fetus (including subsp. fetus, testudinm, and venerealis),
Campylobacter jejuni (including subsp. doylei, and jejuni), Campylobacter lari (including subsp. concheus, and lari), and
Campylobacter upsaliensis.
Sensitivity & specificity
The detection limit is tested to have at least 100 copies per reaction. The primers and probe are 100% specific.
