ViPrimePLUS Botryosphaeria qPCR Kit
Introduction
ViPrimePLUS Botryosphaeria qPCR Kit has designed to have very high homology with all reference data within the NCBI database. The kit has the broadest detection profile and detects all clinically relevant strains. The kit detects Botryosphaeria. Due to extreme homology, the primers will detect the following genus in Botryosphaeriacea family: Botryosphaeria, Neoscytalidium, Neofusicoccum, Diplodia, Lasiodiplodia, Dothiorella, cophinforma, Barriopsis, Sphaeropsis, Neodeightonia, Phaeobotryon. In addition, the primers will detect Phyllosticta fallopiae, Phyllosticta sphaeropsoidea, Phyllosticta miurae, Phyllosticta camelliae, Phyllosticta capitalensis, Phyllosticta philoprina, Dichomera versiformis, Darksidea alpha.
Sensitivity & specificity
The detection limit is tested to have at least 100 copies per reaction. The primers and probe are 100% specific.
