ViPrimePLUS Alternaria SPP qPCR Kit
Introduction
ViPrimePLUS Alternaria SPP qPCR Kit has designed to have very high homology with all reference data within the NCBI database. The kit has the broadest detection profile and detects all clinically relevant strains. The kit detects the Alternaria species: Alternaria alternata, Alternaria gaisen, Alternaria eichhorniae, Alternaria postmessia, Alternaria arborescens, Alternaria tomato, Alternaria burnsii, Alternaria betae-kenyensis, Alternaria cerealis, Alternaria gossypina, Alternaria infectoria, Alternaria hordeiaustralica, Alternaria ventricosa, Alternaria viburni, Alternaria atra, Alternaria metachromatica, Alternaria ethzedia, and Alternaria alternantherae.
Sensitivity & specificity
The detection limit is tested to have at least 100 copies per reaction. The primers and probe are 100% specific.
