Vivantis Introduces ViPrimePLUSHigh One Step RT-qPCR Master Mixes

Vivantis Technologies is delighted to launch two novel real-time master mixes products i.e ViPrimePLUSHigh 5X One Step RT-qPCR Master Mix (QLMM09) and ViPrimePLUSHigh 4X One Step RT-qPCR Green Master Mix I (SYBR Green Dye) (QLMM10). Both master mixes are new generation master mixes demonstrate better performance for high efficiency real-time or conventional PCR work with proven increased sensitivity and specificity.

Key Features:

  • One step reaction set up for real-time PCR or conventional PCR
  • Equipped with improved generation of thermostable Reverse Transcriptase and Hot Start Taq DNA Polymerases
  • Optimal performance for highly sensitive and specific RT-PCR reaction compared to QLMM03 and QLMM04
  • Compatible with most of the real-time PCR platforms.


Applications:

  • All kinds of RNA sample material suited for RT-qPCR amplification can be used.
