In order to measure miR-590 expression, the isolated RNA underwent a reverse transcription reaction to obtain cDNA using Viva 2-step RT-PCR Kit from Vivantis by a research group in Iran in an experiment aimed to study the suppression of the molecular signalling pathways involved in inflammation and cancer in breast cancer cell lines MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7 bymiR-590.
