The RNA Extraction, RT-PCR and Gel Electrophoresis Workshop was successfully organized on 6th December 2018 at Revongen Corporation Center, Selangor, Malaysia. It was a great pleasure to collaborate with Hercuvan Lab Systems Sdn Bhd and our distributor Biosyntech Malaysia Group Sdn Bhd. The workshop aimed to provide an overview of RNA extraction, RT-PCR and gel electrophoresis with hands on sessions along with applications in areas such as molecular biology, biotechnology, biomedical and life sciences. In the workshop, Vivantis products such as GF-1 Total RNA Extraction Kit, Viva 2-step RT-PCR Kit and VC100bp Plus DNA Ladder (ready to use) were used.
We had an overwhelming response of 39 participants from various universities and nothing made us happier than to see the wide smiles on their faces at the end of the workshop. The positive feedback we received would not be taken for granted and we would continue to improve our future workshops. Stay tuned for more workshops in 2019!
