Figure: The graphs show the sensitivity of the kit performance for different targeted genes in ViPrimePLUS 2019-nCoV Multiplex RT-qPCR Kit. The kit was tested for sensitivity with different quantity of RNA copies range from 1,000,000 copies to 10 copies. The graphs and CT values show that the kit can detect minimum 10 copies of RNA copies for N gene and E gene; detect minimum 100 copies of RNA copies for RdRP gene.
